RText is a DirectX Text Engine that involves "Registering" text strings. All you need is an 2^n x 2^m png image with an alpha layer that contains all the ASCII characters set up in the sample png that comes with the zip file, lucidaconsole.png. When you register a string, a vertex buffer of properly textured quads will be created, and is called to be drawn every call of the RText object's render() function.
